Earth Protect Squad is a third-person shooter where players control a special forces soldier whose objective is to thwart the myriad of attacks launched at all times against Planet Earth.
On the left of your screen you'll find there's a handy movement stick and on your right, there's a shooting button. Towards the lower central area of your screen there are buttons for launching grenades, using first-aid kits and creating 'drones'. Lastly, from the upper right end of your screen, you'll find that you can switch out weapons to change them during combat.
Each one of the over 20 different levels in Earth Protect Squad is divided up into a series of waves of enemies that you'll have to gun down one by one. In each wave, you face off against a ton of enemies including robots, zombies, elite soldiers, aliens and much more.
With the winnings you keep after completing each level, you get to unlock new kinds of improvements for your soldier. Add in new weapons, special attack skills and even new skins for your characters.
Earth Protect Squad is a fun third-person shooter. It'll inevitably remind you of other awesome titles within the great Earth Defence Force saga. Plus it has some nice graphics to boot.
